Delivery Policy

Shipping Methods
Goods are sent out using courier service.

Delivery Timeframes
1 to 2 business days. Times are NOT guaranteed.

Processing Time
Orders made before 12noon are normally sent out the same day.

Shipping Restrictions
Delivery to Mainland UK only. Some parts of the UK may take longer than others.

Shipping Fees
Standard charge of £12 for all shipments under £500. Any order over £500 will have free shipping.

Returns Policy

Return Window
If you are unhappy with the product for aesthetic reasons you may return them to the address shown on our website. Returns must be made within 14 days of you first informing us of your intention to return the goods. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs. We must be informed in writing by email of your intent to return any goods prior to you returning them.

Conditions of Return
Parts must be returned in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process
You must advise us in writing with 3 days of receiving the item at sales@glassmirrorsolutions.co.uk that you would like to return the item. Once you have had acknowledgement you may return the item to the following address. Glass & Mirror Solutions, JCS House, Rennys Lane, Durham, DH1 2RB.

Return Shipping Fees
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds or Exchanges
Items returned for refund will be subject to a 50% restocking charge. The refund can take upto 14 days to be credited back to your original payment method.

Exceptions
Bespoke orders may not be returned. Goods returned back to us damaged will NOT be refunded. We suggest you insure the goods being returned via the carrier of your choice.

Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Damages
Please notify us in writing of any damaged item. Please DO NOT return until you have spoken with us.

Replacement or Refund
Replacement items will be sent out on a chargeable basis and once we receive the damaged or defective item we will refund the cost plus any postage.

We do not collect damaged or defective items.
